AI that assists.
Never decides.
Use intelligent analysis to work through dense documents and expose what needs attention. The estimator reviews and approves every item that reaches pricing.
Turn complex scope, drawings, rates and commercial judgement into one controlled, auditable estimate — without losing the estimator in the process.

Estim8Lab brings the full estimating journey into one intelligent workspace. It helps your team interpret scope, control quantities, apply rates, surface gaps and produce submission-ready outputs — with a clear chain of evidence throughout.
Every stage feeds the next. Every important choice stays visible. Your estimator remains firmly in control.
Read project documents, identify requirements, surface assumptions and turn narrative scope into structured estimate inputs.
Combine scope-derived items with drawing takeoff and your own estimator knowledge in a structured bill.
Review every candidate item, approve what belongs, map rates and expose missing coverage before it becomes tender risk.
Package the estimate into clear summaries, clarifications and controlled reports your team can confidently stand behind.

Practical tools for real tender pressure — joined together in a single, consistent system.
Use intelligent analysis to work through dense documents and expose what needs attention. The estimator reviews and approves every item that reaches pricing.
Trace scope, takeoff, review and pricing so omissions have fewer places to hide.
Bring trusted rate libraries into the workflow and keep unmatched or zero-rate items visible.
Produce polished reports, summaries and clarifications with the underlying estimate and decisions still traceable.
Focused working views make the next action clear—from interpreting source information to approving rows, resolving rates and preparing an issue.
AI-derived and manual rows remain visible for approval. Only trusted content is allowed to reach the priced position.

Turn tender narrative into structured observations, queries and candidate estimate items.

Separate clean priced rows from missing, zero-rate and zero-cost issues.

Check readiness, issue details and supporting records before anything leaves the team.

Estimating software should strengthen commercial thinking, not hide it. Estim8Lab gives your team a faster route through the work while preserving control, transparency and professional accountability.
See it on your next project ↗Estim8Lab can be configured around your company cost codes, libraries and reporting structures, so adoption does not mean abandoning the way your team already works.
Control multi-discipline tender information, organise scope and drawing inputs, expose commercial gaps and produce a reviewable issue pack.

The product is developed around controlled test packs, visible exceptions and the same approval discipline expected on a live estimate.
An end-to-end test pack covers scope intake, drawing interpretation, review approvals, pricing, rate issues and report readiness.
Missing rates, matched-zero rates, zero-cost items, TBC rows and warnings remain explicit work queues rather than hidden assumptions.
Revision metadata, approvals, warnings, saved versions and report readiness support a clear route from working estimate to controlled output.
Bring in common tender documents and structured rate data, then export a comprehensive commercial workbook and controlled reports.
Configurable: Existing company cost codes, CBS/WBS structures, rate libraries, benchmarks and reporting formats can be reviewed during implementation. Direct system integrations can be scoped around the customer’s requirements.
Estim8Lab has a Windows-native deployment path and a governed access model designed for licensed organisational use.
Accounts and approved domains can be controlled at workspace level.
Admin, Estimator and Viewer roles separate workspace and export permissions.
Session revalidation, maximum session age and active-device limits are supported.
Rates and benchmark libraries can be delivered from private managed storage.
Workspace access, active sessions and export events can be administered and reviewed.
AI output remains subject to human review and does not move into pricing without estimator approval.
Final public pricing has not been set. The current route is a tailored demonstration followed by a scoped pilot or implementation discussion.

Estim8Lab began with a straightforward belief: software should remove repetitive estimating work without taking judgement away from the estimator. The platform is being developed around the realities of scope documents, drawings, rates, commercial queries, approval gates and issue-ready reporting.
That founder-led approach keeps product decisions close to the people doing the work—and keeps the focus on useful control rather than technology for its own sake.
No. AI assists with document interpretation, extraction and suggestions. Review is the control gate: only rows approved by the estimator move into pricing.
Scope inputs include PDF, DOCX, TXT and PNG/JPG/WEBP images. Drawings can be uploaded for AI-assisted interpretation, and rates are supplied through XLSX workbooks.
No. It is AI-assisted interpretation of visible drawings, schedules, legends, notes and dimensions. The resulting rows must be checked by an estimator.
Yes. Estim8Lab supports uploaded Excel rates and can be configured around company cost codes, CBS/WBS structures, managed libraries and reporting requirements.
The current customer release path is a native Windows installer. Users sign in to an authorised workspace and the application runs through a local browser interface.
The Excel export can include metadata, pricing, summary, review and approved data, warnings, takeoff, commercial lines, ADT, volumetric information, clarifications and notes. Reports are also available as PDF or print-ready HTML where supported.
This depends on users, rates, coding and reporting configuration. A demonstration and pilot scope should be agreed before a firm onboarding timetable is published.
Data handling, providers, retention and access arrangements are documented for the production deployment during onboarding. Estim8Lab remains estimator-controlled: AI suggestions do not become priced or issued content without review.
Use the form to prepare a demo request. Until a form service is connected, submitting opens a pre-filled email in your normal mail application.
